Fun location to share some craft beers with friends. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Kinderstuhls for the little ones. Food was average but would definitely go back for beers.

Sensational. Corona compliant, very friendly collection at the entrance. Then you experience gastronomy in its most beautiful form. Very strong concept in light, equipment and very, very tasty beers. Attentive service rounds off the visit harmoniously. Bye for now. You are great.

The food is just great, the steak sandwich is highly recommended, which was only on the special offer menu and is probably not on the menu all the time - unfortunately! 🙁 Burger also great 👍🏻 Selection of drinks is of course awesome and councilor in all sorts on tap.

Very nice ambience. The wait staff is well trained and can give excellent advice on the types of beer on offer. The food was also very good. It's great that the menu doesn't always contain standard items. Whether you live in Hamburg or just a guest ... a visit is very worthwhile (or several)

A great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The dishes were delicious. Different types of beer are offered. All around very great service and food. I would love to come back. The toilets were also clean.

Eaten very delicious pasta and good beer is also plentiful. The noodles are also really good for the price-performance ratio. Much better than the burgers too, I can only recommend them.

After yesterday's visit, repeatedly very dissatisfied with the service! Drinks clearly take far too long and the waitress doesn't know their own menu, which leads to the phrase "do I work here or you?" reacted and was turned around without comment.

Not bad but difficult to find it , it would be much easier to put some signs outside / directions . The waiter chooses table for you even if it doesn't fit , that's what we have! Food is good !

As always, very nice, good food and drink and attentive service. BUT: The sanitary facilities, especially on the handicapped toilet, were under all hell. No adequate toilet roll holder with the corresponding paper and unfilled disinfectant .... improvement is needed. And that although a "toilet supervisor" was made aware of it. You have to work on it!

Super rustic and totally delicious. We felt very welcome and had a great evening. You not only get delicious hearty food here, but also different types of beer, also in small sizes, to try. In addition, you can look at the brewery and sit outside very gentílico. Especially on hot days it is better to endure outside than inside. Still a great destination if you want good food

Good location (acoustics a bit louder) and good food. Unfortunately the waiting times were really annoying. The 2nd round of drinks lasted over 30 minutes and the meal was a long time coming. To the annoyance also a wrong dish, which was quickly corrected. A shame for a 1 day trip to HH

One of the best place to sit in a big group in Hamburg. It is nearby of Sternschanze. Best location and amazing arrangements. Love the food too. Famous for fancy burgers. I tried the chili chesse dipped potatoes. Best place to arrange big meetups here.

Ambivalent: great breakfast brunch, flop in the evening. The Sunday morning brunch is really good. Loving products of good quality, with a great terrace in summer temperatures. A bit higher in price, but in terms of quality this is still absolutely okay. The Franzbrötchen and the bread are baked on site, which you can taste. The "Mopo.de award" for the best Franzbrötchen in town is no coincidence. Sometimes, however, a small label would be helpful as a descriptive explanation next to the food on offer. After tasting the evening menu, the magic of brunch is unfortunately gone. The dishes, such as salads, are rather careless and boring. The service employees cannot say anything about the ingredients of the food, and the cook would also have to call the supplier first, which would be difficult in the evening. Regardless of the legal requirements, such stories always sound a little fishy. Conclusion: always happy for brunch.

Nice place for drinks. Ambience is nice as well. A good variety of drinks to select from. But the staff has a lot of scope for improvement. They could be more friendly and accommodating.

Beers’ tastes are realy good. Buy they should be more cold. Burgers and nachos are delicious.

Great good and service

Great atmosphere and very stylish. Relatively long waiting times on weekends for waiters to come. It is better to reserve in advance. Dishes were quickly prepared and served. We would have liked to have had the starter in advance and not afterwards.

Was wating 1,5 hours for the meal. Blonde waitress was nice, but always speaking to my friend, like I’m not exist, bad education in my opinion

Very hip, many different kinds of beer on tap, vegan food options, ambient music.

The inn is very easy to reach by public transport (U / S Sternschanze). Although we were there on Saturday evening without reservation, we got a nice table for 2 people. The service was very nice and helpful, the waiting times for the drinks and the food were okay. The food was delicious, the portions sufficient. Many different types of beer to choose from! We could have done a beer tasting - next time then. The prices were normal for Hamburg conditions. The washrooms were clean and tidy, toilet paper could be refilled more often. Hand disinfectant dispensers are attached at various places - very commendable! Freshly baked bread is also sold, very, very tasty! Overall, it was definitely not my last visit there.

Awesome beer, food is alright, too. Nice outdoor area and the Corona restrictions are being considered but it still is a nice spot to go to for some drinks.

Service is not the best, a tad cold shouldered but the food and beer is worth the effort. Really now wouldn't hurt you guys to smile and maybe say a hello or something.

Today's review. We arrive at the entrance to be seated....wait 5 mins before anyone acknowledges us. We are shown to a seat and as we have our baby with us we ask for a baby seat. A baby seat arrives but was not complete with the safety straps so our baby wriggled out of it, the seat was not usable. After waiting 20mins noone had asked us for our food order, or even offered us anything to drink. I got up and asked for the manager, found the manager who just said "die Kollegen kommt sofort". No apology, not even friendly, infact I found him quite rude. During this time I see plenty of staff around, just we seemed to be invisible to them. This place has great beer, I buy it all the time, but the gastro part of their operation needs help. Some service, some friendlyness would like good. Most staff here now seem to just be looking into their phones or digital devices instead of extending service to their customers. Moved my previous rating from below which was 4* down to 1* on account of the rudeness of the manager. Old review: Yea, good brewery in the middle of Schanze, very big in some old historic building area with other restaurants. Great bread store inside this brewery and a great selection of inhouse brewed beers. Great that they offer a tasting paddle system like in the US so you can try all the different styles. Could have more seating as it tends to get busy and a little Tetris like.
